500 & 800 hours Advanced

To reach your limits, and to enable others to do the same.

500 & 800 hours Advanced

To reach your limits, and to enable others to do the same.

Building your advanced mastery of the discipline allows you to evolve at your own pace, in complete harmony with your nature.

13 modules offered to explore the physical, therapeutic, energetic and spiritual aspects in depth.

These continuing studies can be undertaken by any teacher who already has a certification in yoga teaching or by a serious student wishing to pursue advanced studies as a free student in our institution.

As such, a selection of Advanced Trainings/Specializations totaling up to 500 hours in addition to the officially recognized 300 hours of advanced training will allow you, according to your own fields of interest, to keep your skills alive and meet the requirements of Yoga Alliance in order to keep your ERYT200 & 500 recognitions active. By continuing to perfect your education in the areas of teaching that you are passionate about, you will demonstrate the highest standards of international training, which go beyond the basic standards alone. The modules will be chosen by the student according to these conditions:

  • The modules chosen are different from the basic selection of the Advanced 300h course if you obtained your Advanced 300h certification at Yoga Sangha.
  • The Advanced Vinyasa Yoga Teaching module remains accessible only to students accredited to our basic training [380 h] or with a certificate in vinyasa teaching, given the specific experience it requires.
