Accompany, support and prepare for a happy birth
with Dominique Gagné, Renaud Duguay-Lefebvre DO, Bc. Sc. & Annick Bourbonnais
Pregnant women experience a number of major transformations, and the support they receive during this period is crucial to how they experience their pregnancy, childbirth, and the arrival of their baby. The importance of intrauterine life and birth on a person's emotional development is often underestimated. The prenatal yoga teacher, in addition to offering a special moment for women to slow down, reduce stress, release tension, loosen the pelvis, and improve posture, can play a significant role in this experience. To restore the initiatory character of birth, in today's childbirth contexts, which are sometimes very managed, women need to be informed, supported, and inspired to regain their power and experience this passage with dignity and in all their power.
The postpartum period will finally be an opportunity to build a privileged bond of exchange and communication between the mother and the child; a place to promote the latter's motor development and their feeling of security in the world.
International certification recognized and accredited by the International Yoga Federation (IYF) and the French-speaking Yoga Federation (FFY).
All the knowledge and tools to meet the specific needs of maternity.

This training, led by an exceptionally inspiring couple, provides knowledge, understanding, and technical skills to support pregnant women from pregnancy through birth, all the way to delivery. This ensures that all these stages are experienced in a conscious, natural, active, and serene manner.
The program also offers effective and safe tools to help the mother recover more quickly, physically, hormonally, and emotionally, following childbirth. You will also gain the know-how to create a wonderful space for sharing between mother and baby, thanks, among other things, to massage and manipulations adapted to the infant.
