A dazzling approach to allow you to combine the art of yoga with that of Eastern medicine.

with International Guest Dr. Rose Erin Vaughan, DAc, E-RYT500

Meridians, according to Traditional Chinese Medicine, are invisible energy pathways that run through the body, connecting internal organs to the skin's surface and influencing both physical and emotional health. Through an in-depth study of Yin Yoga and its postures, this training explores the twelve main organ meridians and teaches the use of specific postures to regulate energy flow, qi, release blockages, and restore balance to the body.

Meridian therapy applied to Yin Yoga also acts on the nervous and immune systems, promoting deep recovery, both physically and emotionally.

This training offers the opportunity to develop in-depth knowledge of the practice of Yin Yoga and thus create inspiring and transformative sequences, contributing to improving the overall well-being of practitioners. It integrates the energetic principles of the body with the precision of Yin Yoga, bringing the practice and teaching to new horizons.
