Become an accredited Yoga Therapist.
This training offers the opportunity for in-depth case studies, analysis through synthesis, and a comprehensive understanding of all types of bodies and health challenges within the specific context of Yoga Therapy. Through detailed case studies, instruction, discussions, practice, and self-analysis, this curriculum will enable participants to develop diverse intervention protocols that complement other therapeutic approaches used in holistic health. Finally, the training will provide therapists with the concrete means and tools to better understand pathologies and dysfunctions related to sciatica, back pain, cervical spine, the lymphatic system, autoimmunity, and hormonal transitions, as well as the specific needs and characteristics of clients whose challenges are related to post-traumatic stress (victims of physical or psychological abuse, those in professions with a high risk of chronic stress, etc.), in order to ensure sensitive and informed intervention in these situations.
A synthesis of the physical and psychological means of intervention addressed in yoga therapy will ultimately invite the yoga therapist to adopt a holistic and inclusive approach to health. This approach encourages the yoga therapist to maintain a 360-degree view of health, where the relationship with oneself as well as with others engages mindfulness and self-compassion, fostering a rich and revealing mutual connection within the therapeutic process.
Therapeutic yoga offers the means to cultivate optimal health, as well as to address the needs of the body and mind in the face of a necessary return to balance.
