To enable individuals who have taken a serious approach to yoga to deepen the personal initiatory path that the discipline represents, and to be judiciously equipped to teach it. Participants, through self-observation, study, exchange, authentic involvement with others, and the integration of both technique and philosophy, thus acquire basic knowledge that makes them more autonomous in their practice and able to enable others to progress thanks to the tools that yoga implies.
We only fully integrate something when we teach it. Thus, we believe that a committed student will find exceptional benefit in eventually sharing what they have already acquired or experienced through practice. The possibility of teaching yoga represents an opportunity to evolve oneself from the blessing of passing on in turn what we have already received.
More than a form of gymnastics, yoga represents a way of accepting a clear vision of who we are, an opportunity to live consciously every moment, to no longer simply consider what we are individually as an end in itself, but the beginning of the universal quest bringing us back to our connection to all that exists. The ultimate goal of this training is to allow as many people as possible to access, just as the fruits of the tree only sow new seeds, the gift to humanity that discipline and its wisdom represent.
The 380-hour certified Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga teacher training program offered by the Center is spread over 12 months. A sincere commitment and dedication will be required from each participant to fully benefit from what will be taught, experienced, and shared. The process will require the student to:
An illustrated training manual (333 pages), teaching materials, individual support, and a 30% discount on regular course memberships throughout the year are integral parts of the training. You will then be granted lifetime privilege membership following your certification, granting you benefits on each of your Sangha subscriptions.
$3,650 in one payment / $3,850 in three payments.
Both prizes are non-taxable due to our recognition as a professional training institution by the governments of Quebec and Canada (related article below).
Accommodation, meals, registration fees according to your payment option, and the $30 non-taxable FFY membership fee are not included.

Yoga Sangha is an educational institution primarily offering professional training. In accordance with section 8 – Part 3. Schedule 5 of the Canadian Excise Tax Act and section 127 of the Quebec Sales Tax Act, our programs meet the definition of tax-exempt educational services, meaning that GST and QST do not apply to our training fees.
An unforgettable intensive week in nature will bring together in-person and online groups in June 2026. This week is optional for the Online Live group. If enrolled in this program, students will receive a 280-hour Yoga Alliance-recognized certification, rather than the 380-hour standard, after their assessment.
