The holistic therapeutic approach in yoga
With Sylvie Tremblay, yogacharya, E-RYT500, IYF, FFY
Anyone who works on themselves and develops sensitivity to the subtle dimensions of prana cannot ignore the link between the koshas (energy bodies) and the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of the being.
Embracing our spiritual dimension means restoring the soul and its quest to its rightful place. It encourages the integration and unfolding of all that we are. Through deep self-work and the discovery of subtle worlds and how they work, unleash new potential within yourself: the ability to generate self-healing for yourself and inspire others to do the same.
This course does not claim to turn you into clinical therapists. But rather into yoga teachers sensitive to the subtle dimensions of energy (prana) and its circulation, so that you are able to support this aspect of the work in your classes in an enlightened and caring manner.
In the state of Prajna (awakening consciousness), the Jiva offers, supports and uplifts others with no other will than to Love.
