To enable individuals who have taken a serious approach to yoga to deepen the personal initiatory path that the discipline represents, and to be judiciously equipped to teach it. Participants, through self-observation, study, exchange, authentic involvement with others, and the integration of both technique and philosophy, thus acquire basic knowledge that makes them more autonomous in their practice and able to enable others to progress thanks to the tools that yoga implies.
We only fully integrate something when we teach it. Thus, we believe that a committed student will find exceptional benefit in eventually sharing what they have already acquired or experienced through practice. The possibility of teaching yoga represents an opportunity to evolve oneself from the blessing of passing on in turn what we have already received.
More than a form of gymnastics, yoga represents a way of accepting a clear vision of who we are, an opportunity to live consciously every moment, to no longer simply consider what we are individually as an end in itself, but the beginning of the universal quest bringing us back to our connection to all that exists. The ultimate goal of this training is to allow as many people as possible to access, just as the fruits of the tree only sow new seeds, the gift to humanity that discipline and its wisdom represent.
The immersive 280-hour Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga teacher training held in France in 2026/27 will provide the ideal learning environment, combining two intensive outdoor training sessions with pre- and mid-training content viewing to extend the impact and consolidate learning. Genuine commitment and involvement will be required from each participant to fully benefit from what will be taught, experienced, and shared. The process will require the student to:
- Three (3) hours of personal practice per week minimum.
- The path of supplementary readings to the teaching.
- Keeping a personal journal recording your observations regarding your individual practice as well as the discoveries or inner changes that will manifest themselves during your journey.
- The integration of lessons learned through observation and analysis work.
- The submission of a written exam and a 50-minute yoga session in video format, delivered at the end of the program by the certification holders, for which you will receive feedback from a senior mentor, to attest to your success.
An illustrated training manual (333 pages), learning materials, individual mid-course support, and a 30% discount on our institution's regular online live courses (replays available for 48 hours) upon enrollment in the program. This offer is valid until May 30, 2027, to support your practice, in addition to our meetings. You will also receive lifetime privilege membership upon certification, granting you benefits on all your Sangha subscriptions.

After your training, you will have the opportunity, if you wish, to participate in our Annual 100-Hour Sangha Summer Immersion held every June. This allows students who wish to do so to further their training and obtain a 380-hour certificate recognized by the IYF and the FFY. Fees (non-taxable): €700 + €30 FFY membership fee. Accommodation and meals are not included.

Getting to the Hameau de l'Étoile from France, Europe, or internationally is easy and straightforward. The most convenient train stations are Montpellier Sud de France or Montpellier Saint-Roch, both served daily by numerous TGV and international trains (Paris–Montpellier in approximately 3 hours 30 minutes). From Montpellier, regional buses run to the Saint-Martin-de-Londres or Notre-Dame-de-Londres bus stops, from where a transfer can be arranged to the hamlet.
If you are arriving from outside France, Montpellier Méditerranée Airport receives regular flights from many European cities. It is recommended that you inform the Hameau team of your arrival time to facilitate your welcome or the organization of transfers to the site.
- It is possible to join this group for replay at any time until December 2026 and to join the Online LIVE meetings from January 2027 where the pedagogical support begins.
- If you wish to experience the entire journey live, the official introduction day for the 2026 cohort will be held on September 18, followed by 2 to 3 Fridays per month starting October 16.
An unforgettable intensive week in nature will bring together the in-person and online groups in June 2027. This week is optional for the Online Live group. If chosen, students enrolled in this program will receive a 280-hour Yoga Alliance-recognized certification upon evaluation, rather than 380 hours.
