Our signature dynamic flow kicks off with a delicious and extended 20-minute period of directed relaxation, expertly structured to allow your mind to completely switch off! The age-old eight-step technique of classical nidra has proven itself. It guarantees to reestablish the link between your body and your mind, will allow you to reprogram your mind for increased performance on a daily basis. This formula is offered to you in the studio at the end of the day, in order to stimulate, following your physical effort, nights of deep and regenerative sleep.

Improve your physical and mental balance by visiting the polarities. Two styles of yoga in one class. The dynamic and fluid effort in the first part tones, strengthens and vigorously develops the body's mobility. Delicious stretching and restorative postures supported with tools such as bolsters, cushions, straps, etc. will then allow you to target deep connective tissues and surprisingly gain flexibility. The blood flow to the muscles, tendons and ligaments stimulated in various ways in this class reduces tension, ultimately inviting great relaxation of the nervous system. We leave the experience with a feeling of combined power and relaxation!

Intermediate
A vigorous and satisfying session leading to continuous improvement. To maintain an intense rhythm without causing fatigue, we encourage perfect synchronization of breathing with movement. The ability to concentrate invested within the group allows everyone to develop at their own pace while taking on new challenges each time. The notions of rooting and letting go are developed to expand awareness of the body in space. Intermediate/advanced level hand and foot balancing postures and many variations in basic postures will be offered.

For fans of mystical journeys. The body is celebrated here as a revelation of the inner light in movement. Advanced level inversions and asanas. A vigorous rhythm always for the benefit of the yogi's ultimate objective: Bhava (sublime state of contemplation of the Self) and Samadhi (attainment of the highest levels of consciousness).
