A path shaped by lineage and study
Her teaching is deeply informed by her studies under Swami Muktananda (Siddha Yoga), the Shivananda School, the Bihar School of India, Sri Dharma Mittra in New York, and the Asana Andiappan College of Therapeutic Research (India), where she completed an advanced 300-hour training in Ayurvedic applications of yoga. These influences helped shape a practice that is both grounded in tradition and uniquely her own.
