Deep relaxation as a vector of awakening
with Albert Bissada, Hypnotherapist, NLP master
Who is the course for?
This course is intended for yoga teachers, therapists, medical or nursing staff wishing to have additional intervention tools, as well as advanced students ready to immerse themselves in a deep and intimate experience of yoga. The official 20-hour certification for this training will, however, be granted to those who already hold a certification of at least 200 hours in yoga.
When the body and mind experience total relaxation, a journey begins into the deep layers of the being and the field of the unconscious opens to the practitioner. In this space and this incredible state of letting go and presence, the rigid mental structures and circuits cultivating beliefs and habits become malleable and changeable. We then rediscover our power to recreate ourselves and to transcend the determinists of the mind.
Individual intention, the sankalpa, is thus placed or planted like a seed in richly fertile soil. An innate intelligence is activated. And a transformation takes place. Buried resources and talents are awakened. The light and sublime nature of consciousness are awakened. Consciousness expands.
This is why the practitioner emerges from Nidra carried by inner structures and contracts that better reflect his choices, his true desires, his vision and his mission. He is more aligned with himself.
The art of guiding Yoga Nidra comes from the way of using the voice to evoke the state of trance, from the use of language to guide the other within the deep workings of the mind, in the play of images woven so that they evoke and impact, in the understanding of the mechanisms of the field of the unconscious to navigate it well, and even a knowledge and experience of the source zones that we call the superconscious.
The goal of this training is to share these principles with you so that you can confidently offer this transformative yoga yourself.
Ten minutes of conscious rest is worth an hour of sleep. Once you've mastered the technique, how can you do without it?

Albert Bissada
Hypnotherapist, NLP master
A senior yoga teacher and source of inspiration for the Tradition for over 15 years in Quebec, Albert was for many years a pillar teacher in several Montreal yoga studios.

He taught pedagogy and philosophy as a senior teacher in the 200-hour hatha yoga training at the Happy Tree center in Montreal in 2014, Yin yoga since 2009, and numerous workshops since 2012 (yoga nidra, guided visualization, etc.) aimed at everyone as well as yoga teachers. He now teaches the Symbolic Modeling course with certified Master Coaches within the advanced faculty of the International Coaching Institute (ICI) in Laval, Montreal and the South Shore.
A graduate of the École de formation professionnelle en hypnose du Québec (EFPHQ) as a Master NLP and practitioner in hypnosis, certified by the National Guild of Hypnotists of the United States (NGH), his work is deeply inspired by the symbolic approach of Carl Jung, Joseph Campbell, Jodorowsky and the great schools of mysteries and wisdom of traditional lineage (tarot of Marseille, Sufi, Kabbalah, shamanism, Buddhist tantra, Zen philosophy, etc.).
His approach opens us to the symbolic languages of the imagination and the unconscious in order to give breath and meaning to the approach of the Sadhaka (yoga researcher). Thus, the individual who has chosen to know himself and to experience his creative and living potential finds in his approach a richness to fuel his quest.
A committed student of Dr. Madan Bali from 2005 to 2010, then of Shri Ram, direct disciple of Swami Vishnu Devananda, founder of the Shivananda Center in Montreal, his teaching is also inspired by the Vipassana practice that he practiced with commitment for more than 10 years, having himself taken part in around ten intensives (10 days).
"Tools such as asanas, pranayamas and kriyas; prayers, meditations and visualizations are powerful agents of transformation that activate repressed memories of transformative knowledge in each of us." - A. Bissada
