Creativity, exploration and teaching
For Alexandra, cultivating creativity and adaptability allows her to explore and fully honor her potential. She deeply believes in the human capacity to grow and become a source of peace and harmony. An experienced teacher, she is part of the Yoga Sangha teaching team. Her classes—always imbued with creativity and stimulating challenges—invite students to find balance, practice self-observation, push beyond their perceived limits, and fully open themselves to the magic of life.
