An irresistible call to movement
Elsa discovered yoga in 2015 during her professional training in contemporary dance. Passionate about movement in all its forms, she gradually developed a deep attachment to this practice, which became an essential complement to her artistic journey. In 2020, she decided to train as a yoga teacher. Certified in Hatha and Vinyasa at Sangha in 2021, she then integrated this new dimension into her teaching career, which she has been developing since 2016 as a performer, choreographer, and dance teacher.
His classes, rooted in physicality, are both funny and uninhibited.

His passion: to transmit with pleasure
Elsa combines dance and yoga in a holistic approach, focused on authenticity and sharing through human encounters. Her teaching is characterized by intense physicality in an atmosphere of pleasure, non-judgment, and safety. For her, dance and yoga are privileged paths to access bodily ease and the joy of movement, contributing to individual growth and the establishment of a deeper self-love.
